“Keep your head down throughout the swing,”…

“Keep your head down throughout the swing,” may very well be the biggest myth in golf. By keeping the head down the body will be restricted from making a good rotation and weight transfer… translated: POOR GOLF SHOT! I like to tell my students, instead of keeping the head down, keep their eyes on the ball. Meaning that once the ball is struck… try to follow it with your eyes. This will allow you to make a good body rotation and weight transfer.
