Q. Is this a discount card program?
A. No, its not. It is designed to reward players that use OCN as their “home course” for choosing to play here by offering reward points and special privileges.

Q. I live in Orange County. Will this program give me benefits I would not normally receive?
A. Yes, extra booking time, rewards and a OCN logoed cap.

Q. How do the reward points work?
A.
For every $1 spent in the shop, you will earn 10 points:

Q. Who is eligible to purchase the OCN Lynx Card.
A. Residents in the following counties: Orange, Polk, Lake, Seminole and Osceola

Q. What rates can I expect to pay throughout the year?
A. As with all of our golf rates, the pricing will vary seasonally. The cost of golf will be much lower in late spring, summer and early fall, than other times of the year. The highest fees will be charged January through Mid-April each year, when our demand is the highest. Exact rates are yet to be determined, but they will be equal to or lower than other available rates. *Special e-mail rates are offered at various times throughout the year as well as seasonal Walk-Up rates.

Q. Why can’t this program offer low rates to Lynx Cardholders all year long, since we support OCN year round?
A. In order to offer the quality of course conditioning, service and amenities, we
have certain revenue goals that must be attained. The best way for us to do that is to maximize our revenue when the demand is highest. This allows us to offer a quality golf experience at other times of the year for the great value. Lynx Cardholders will always have access to our “best” rates.

Q. How high will the rates be in peak season?
A. We can not determine that this far out, but we would expect them to be in the
range of what Florida Residents were charged historically.

Q. What type of preferred starting times will I be able to receive?
A. Booking windows will vary with the seasons, but will always equal or exceed
other programs that are available.

Q. What do I do about guests that I would like to bring to OCN, but do not want to pay full rates for?
A. You will be offered discounted guest rounds at designated times.

Q. I only play at OCN one to two times a year. Why should I purchase this Lynx Card?
A. Even if you only play a couple of times per year, the card offers great value and
benefits.

Q. I only plan on playing OCN one or two times a year. Why should I buy the card?
A. You may be better off NOT purchasing the card. Our standard rate program still
offers great value, especially when you factor all of the inclusions in the cost.

Q. Why do I have to pay for the card to receive benefits? Why not just give it to me?
A. The initial value received more than covers the cost of the card. Additionally, by
playing here often throughout the year, you can recoup additional value through reward points.

Q. Why does this program not include additional benefits and privileges like other programs in the area?
A. There are many programs that offer a variety of benefits. Some may be more or
less than what we currently offer. We will monitor this program throughout the year and discuss ways to improve it through personal discussions, surveys and focus groups. As always, feel free to let us know your comments and feedback at all times.
